Great location. The place was just right for the two of us, but also had enough room for family (3 kids 2 adults )who came to hang out at the beach with us for the day. The deck is perfect for lunch for the group. Kelly made us very welcome. She even provided a fruit basket.

Amazing beach house in a great location
We had the best stay at Kelly’s beach rental. The location was perfect, just a block from the beach and a short walk to Main. We enjoyed the initial walk through of the house and greatly appreciated the welcome basket Kelly made for us. We felt at home during our entire stay. As others have mentioned, the upper deck is great to enjoy at any time of day! We made great memories on our vacation. Thank you Kelly for being so thoughtful in every aspect of the rental.

Kelly is a very welcoming lady. Although it was a just me, the adorable place is equipped for any age. It's the little things like a cooler and chairs for the beach, a kite, sunscreen, bath salts. If you want to cook there, she has all the spices. She is such a wonderful person. You will enjoy yourself, guaranteed

Great Location and Cozy Getaway
We had a great time at Kelly's rental. The location is perfect. We parked the car and walked everywhere. The deck was wonderful. Peaceful and quiet. Kelly and her husband were great hosts and made us feel very welcome. I gave four stars instead of five for the following reasons. The screens on two of the windows came out but could be put back i n. The shower doors were not on the track which made showering a little adventuresome. The bed is a bit old but comfortable. These small problems were easily managed and did not impact our enjoyment. It's a great place to get away for awhile.

Sweet place on this Earth!
Kelly is a kind and wonderful human! She had a beautiful fruit basket with tea bags, pre-stamped postcards, and an amazing floral arrangement for us to enjoy. Our grandson was celebrating his birthday while we were there so Kelly had a birthday balloon and sign for him....so nice! The guest house is a place that we want to enjoy again some day, and it worked very well for four of us. It was a little tight for four but it worked and time went way too fast! The outside shower and foot bath are very convenient. The guest house has a surprising amount of storage, too. The location is perfect! There is a view of the beach from the deck, and the size of the deck is great! Being able to simply walk to the beach, and Main Street, is such a wonderful convenience. Having a parking space in the driveway is another advantage to the guest house. Seal Beach is one of our favorite places and being able to enjoy the town by just walking around was such a wonderful thing. Location, location, location! We would love to return to the guest house and enjoy Seal Beach again. Thanks, Kelly, for sharing this sweet spot with us, and we hope you are doing well!

This is such a wonderful place in a gorgeous setting, and Kelly the owner couldn't have been more gracious and accommodating. Beautiful big deck with ocean view, 3 minute walk to Main St. We love this place.

Great location and getaway
I took a few days away with my dog to get away at the beach. My plan was to do a little work everyday and enjoy the most of the day. The place is great, the host is great, love the location because I could walk everywhere. My only hiccup was the internet was not great to do my conferencing and I didn’t know dogs were not allowed on the beach so that changed my plans a bit. The homes are very close to one another but I enjoyed my stay and I would return. Thank you for all the hospitality. I was greeted and helped at arrival and the counter had a kitchen basket full of fruit and snacks. Very sweet and thoughtful host!!

Small apartment, as described and represented in photos. Comfortable for 2 people. Kelly makes you feel welcome - and the lovely basket of fruit/snacks was an unexpected and appreciated touch. But really the best part is the location, a short walk to beach and Main Street served us well. If we were travelling on vacation, we would likely seek out a beach front view or larger apartment, but comfort is subjective and based on how much one is willing to spend. For this visit, it provided good value.

Wonderful heat escape vacay
Perfect for a couple! We escaped from Palm Springs and thoroughly enjoyed the beach weather. Close to restaurants and shopping and we have 2 dogs. Electric Park had a wonderful greenbelt and friendly dog owners. Kelly was the perfect hostess and we became instant friends! Very responsive and so kind.

Considerations when renting this location
Check to determine wha weather to expect during your stay. If anything above 70’s don’t pick this rental. Realize that it is quite small if you plan to entertain more than 3 people as the deck does expand the small living space but is in direct sun until nightfall. No air conditioning and steep stairs. THe owner was friendly and had a beautiful flower and fruit basket and wine.

Wonderful Seal Beach getaway
Although small, it was well organized and perfect for two plus dogs. Bed very comfortable, view was nice and weather was fantastic. Everything was walking distance and all the residents were friendly, and dog friendly. Can't wait to return. Kelly was a jewel and greeted us with a fantastic basket if fresh fruit, wine and flowers. She was the perfect host. I Miss her already!

Magical little gem just off the beach!
This place was wonderful! Kelly (owner) is the kindest, most welcoming person you could ask for! We were in town for a Nationals softball tournament and this place was the perfect place to come home to and decompress! It's small, but has everything you need. We spent time at the beach, downtown Seal Beach which is two blocks away, with amazing food and shopping options. We went to the concert at the pier park. We finished our tournament and went to Disneyland (25 mins away). Overall great experience. I can't say enough about Kelly. She is so friendly and welcoming. She made the place ours for the week, but whenever we needed anything, she was super responsive. Her little personal touches really make you fell special. I highly recommend this place, and I would definitely book this home again. 5 STARS!

Great week in Seal Beach
