"Our family stayed in this house because my granddaughter got married on the beach nearby. It was a perfect day! The house had everything you could think of to cook with. We loved having the golf cart for riding around. We very much enjoyed the bicycles. They were so easy to ride. I would recommend this house to anyone as long as they can climb stairs. Everyone LOVED the heated pool and playing with the toys provided."

"This was the perfect spot for my family and I during our spring break trip. It was close to the beach and everything else as far as shopping and eating! Just grab some bikes! The place was clean, pools were nice, beds were comfy and my kids enjoyed playing some tennis. The host contacted me right when we got there with any questions I had. You will not be disappointed! "We’ve been to 30A over eight times and we like this general area the best as the beach is not as crowded as other neighborhoods, such as Seacrest and Rosemary. It’s great to have bikes to visit the nearby restaurants. I will say the closest beach access is now private; however, there is another option (San Roy) that is a 5 minute walk or use the beach trolley (Ms Charlotte was AMAZING) to get to the South Walton Dune public access. "Cannot beat the beach view and beach access!!!! The condo was very clean and comfortable and had mostly everything you need for a short visit. And Host was very responsive and helpful!!!!! Biggest negative is the terribleInternet service. Could not make a call inside condo and WiFi was not consistent. Was not able watch tv without wifi going out every few minutes so I gave up. But overall 4/5!!!!! "
