Our Beachside Villa on 30A is a short one minute walk to the gorgeous Seagrove Beach. Enjoy your stay at our updated family friendly first floor condo. Pet friendly! Just steps from the beautiful location of Seagrove Beach and nestled next to Eastern lake. Spend days on the beach with easy access back to the condo. A nice place for us as a couple to spend a few days at the beach. A very short walk to the water via a nice board walk. The property is also in a perfect location to visit stores, restaurants and other attractions !

Great little place perfect for a small family. Minutes from the beach (walking). Feels secluded enough from the tourists in the area. Plenty of great food options in the area: Hurricanes, Old Fish House, Chanticleer, Brozinni Pizza. Would definitely consider staying there again.

The location was great…very close to beach and walkable to restaurants. Having bikes to ride the trails of 30A was great. We loved that we could bring our pups. Plenty of room for 2 but would be pretty compact for more than 2 adults. Had everything we needed for a great stay.

Beach Break
The property was quite small but had two bedrooms & two baths and slept at least 8. It would be very difficult to have more than 4 people staying there. The location was very close to the beach but due to the issue of 'private property' rule, had to take a shuttle or walk a ways to get to the public beach area. If access to the beach was more accessible, then we'd stay there again.

Great location- beautiful beach!
My family enjoyed our stay over July 4th. The beach was gorgeous- the water was so calm and light blue and clear and the white sand beaches were incredible. Nicest beach in Florida by far. We saw fireworks from both directions, enjoyed local restaurants and had a great family vacation. However I do wish the living area in this unit was bigger. It’s small for a family of 4 adults. The host was very responsive and on top of things any time we reached out.

Graduation Trip
Wife and girls stayed for High School Graduation trip. They had a fantastic time and really enjoyed the condo and the location. One member of the group is handicapped and the golf cart service of the complex was a huge plus! Bethany was great about responding to any questions. We intend to return again.

Bit cozy but nicely appreciated. Has a Pack n Play, so you don't have to bring your own baby bed or play pen. Floors were a bit dirty, but rest of unit was clean. My wife adds that the linens had eyelashes on them, and that shower heads were old and there's not enough medium size towels. Wish there had been more shampoo samples. Great location, short boardwalk trip to the beach and short drive to everything Seagrove and Seaside have to offer.

Labor Day Weekend 2023
This property was perfect for us! The only correction I would offer is that we were told there were 8 beach chairs, but we could only find 4. The ones supposed to be in the guest closet were not there, nor could we find the games. Maybe they were lost or damaged over time, and we did find an obviously dirty plate that had been put back in the cabinet. It was greasy...blegh. But otherwise, it was perfect for us and we had a great time!

Great Location.
Bethany was so nice and easy to work with. We loved how close it was to the beach. Closer than it even looked on map. Really easy walk. We felt the condo was a little tight for our group, but it would be wonderful for one family. The decor was cute. The balcony is basically useless though especially with the door hard to open (soon to be fixed). My biggest complaint would be black dog hair on everything. Mainly the sheets. I must have overlooked it being pet friendly so obviously if you had a pet with you this might not be a big deal, but we didn’t and it felt unclean in that sense.

Needs some updates
The condo needs a clean, when we got there, there was still wet laundry in the washer. There were no beach towels and the beach chairs were broken. The master toilet was also getting stuck and had water running. There was a big roach in the master shower. All in all the condo needs deep cleaning. The master bed was very uncomfortable seemed pretty old where the springs hurt my back immensely. There was no laundry detergent provided so I had to run to target to grab some and left it at the property for the next renters. Because there is new constructions and updates happening the water was shut off for a period of time. The location of the property is pretty good and is walkable to a lot of places once this place gets a deep clean and updates I think it would be a great place to stay!

The condo was in a great location. Easy walk to the beach. It is a few minutes walk to the leased beach property or to the other area that is not considered “private property.” The condo was easy to find and access. Overall it was clean enough, but it was not thoroughly cleaned. Floors could have been swept and mopped. There was dog hair on the couch since it is a pet-friendly unit. But better vacuuming or using a lint brush may have helped. I noticed stains on the bedskirt that was sticking out from underneath the mattress. Towels and washcloths could be updated. The ones provided were well worn and scratchy. Dryer was finicky but did finally get it to dry our clothes. Hooks in the hallway were great for hanging towels. Kitchen had what we needed, AC worked well, and it’s in a nice complex with tennis courts and a pool.

Great Condo!!
The location to the beach is fantastic! This was a perfect condo for our family, 2 teens and 2 dogs. Finding a pet friendly condo isn’t easy, so we were so happy to find this one. Our kids also absolutely loved playing pickleball on the court. Very quiet and family friendly. Most definitely would stay here again.

Aside from the hurricane ruining the beach for us. This location was the best part of our little get away. Absolutely the cleanest place we've ever stayed at!! (we're very picky with cleanliness) Bethany is so nice and helpful!! Will definitely be staying again!
