"My friends and I had a great visit at this house. The house was very clean and had lots of light. Would have given 5 stars but the beds and pillows were flat and hard. The pans were also not in great shape and everything stuck to them. Other than those things, the house was comfortable and relaxing.One other thing: need to provide better directions for the location of the door with the keypad. Difficult to find in the dark and rain."

"We arrived on Sunday night at the approach of the worst winter temps and most anticipated snow fall in history and the management REFUSED to refund our second night. A 10% discount on a future stay was offered. We had to evacuate after 10 hours in the condo on a two night stay and they stubbornly would not even allow us to speak to upper level management to plead our case. HOW INHUMANE!! For a lousy $150 and loss of my future business!!"
