"Would appreciate more eco-friendly options at the hotel. Liked the organic/non-allergy cookie as a welcome gift. And the recycling can in the room. "

"The room was extremely clean and spacious. The staff was tried to be accommodating when we expressed our concerns but unfortunately it was not good enough. Our room was extremely cold and even though we had on the heater . up until checkout the room was never fully warmed up. At one point, we had on our winter coats on in the living room . The staff brought up a portable heater and insisted that we needed to give the room time to fully heat due to the large amount of space in the room. This is my only complaint. Other than that my stay was amazing. Thank you"
