"This was our second stay at this property. We had such an amazing time when we came last year that I couldn’t wait to return. It really is a piece of paradise, nestled back in the woods and on a peaceful and very private marsh with amazing views of the intercoastal waterway. The sunsets are the prettiest I’ve ever seen and it’s so quiet. Soaking in the hot tub with that view is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. The house was not as clean as I would have hoped when we arrived but the host Vacasa was very attentive and took care of everything quickly. Absolutely beautiful home and we will definitely be back. "We stayed for New Year’s Eve and Day and ended up extending our stay because the home and Host are both extraordinary. We could not have asked for a better experience. We were welcomed as a family of 4 (2 couples) and our fur babies too. All of us were greeted with a fully stocked home, everything you could need or dream of is waiting for you and the decor is so charming and the beds are a DREAM!, you will sleep like babies. It’s a super clean home, smelled heavenly. The location was perfect for us, so close to Morehead’s waterfront and restaurants. And so close to the bridge to Atlantic Beach as well. The view of the water from the living room is beautiful too ! We were not expecting that. The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful. Some older homes are on this street as well as newer ones, very few were occupied when we were there. We felt thankful and fortunate to have found this wonderful home to end 2024 and begin 2025. THE kindest host/homeowner you will ever have the true blessing of interacting with. She was always just a message away if we had any questions and always had quick and warm reply. You will only need to bring your toothbrush and clothes at this home.It has the most well stocked kitchen and pantry and fridge we’ve ever encountered. And the bathrooms have an abundance of towels and toiletries. She even had a case of bottled water in the fridge for us and 6 rolls of extra paper towels and brand new dog food, new dog toys and treats! We felt spoiled!"

"The house was very comfortable for our big group.The Outdoor porch was very Great and our dogs enjoyed the yard and beyond , Beautiful sunsets .We also enjoyed the bird activity immensely. The place could use some updating. But it served its purpose. Communication with the owners was quick and seamless. "
