Spectacular Sunrises over the Waters of North River

BeaufortHouse is our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation home on North River with 2 double beds, 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. Located on the water about 3 miles from town in a quiet neighborhood, it's close enough to enjoy what beautiful Beaufort has to offer. The eat-in kitchen seats 4 and the dining room seats 8-10. Curl up in the recliner in the living room to enjoy a book, away from the gang, or sit on the screened porch or deck and enjoy the waterfowl and perhaps even dolphin playing in North River. Bring your lawn games to enjoy, or take a stroll through the neighborhood. Lots of fun things to do in the area and when you tire, come back to a comfortable home, enjoy an outdoor shower, serve yourself a cool drink, put on some music and prop up your feet. BeaufortHouse is a great place to make memories!

Very relaxing
We needed a quiet, peaceful getaway and Kathy and Jack's home on the river was the perfect place. Felt very comfortable, cozy and homey but spacious. Very close to downtown Beaufort and not far from Morehead city/Atlantic Beach.

Great waterfront stay
We had a great stay here, wife and I, plus our dog. Check in was simple, House is very clean, had all necessary amenities, and of course the view out back is magnificent! Also close drive to beaches and other activities. Recommended and would stay again!

Beautiful Beaufort at its Best
The house is roomy, comfortable, clean and charming. The view of the water is great and the backyard is luxuriously large. It is not too far away from town and our entire group loved it and all wished we had been able to stay and enjoy it longer.

Quiet neighborhood, beautiful location!
The Beaufort House had everything we needed! It is well appointed and served as a spacious retreat for eight. If I need to rent in the area again, I will look here first. Kathy was a pleasure to work with.

Planned a few days away with family. The location was right on the North River. Plenty of room in the house for family and 2 dogs. Screened in porch was nice to sit to watch the river.

Great view!
Fantastic property and a great stay. The property is right on the water, which makes for awesome views. Please do not try to access the water from the property, the rocks are slippery and full of sharp barnacles. Bring your own toilet paper (for more extended stays), toiletries, and dishwashing detergent pods. Overall, an amazing stay and highly recommended.

Another wonderful stay at the Beaufort House.
Thank you for sharing your home with us once again. This was our second stay here and it did not disappoint. We got to see dolphins in the North River and enjoyed many sunrises from the screened in porch. Our family of 7 was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. It proved to be a wonderful home base for us as we explored the Crystal Coast and the town of Beaufort. We hope to get the chance to return again in the future. Thank you King family for your hospitality.

Very relaxing nice place
This was the perfect location to enjoy a secluded house with a water view, and then drive in only 5 minutes to the little town of Beaufort. The house was very clean, well appointed, and was exactly as stated on the VRBO page. Not required, but one little thing that might be added in the future would be a small flat bottom boat, or something similar, if folks wanted to paddle around in the water a bit :-)
