"This is a perfect place to stay if you have a large family or group and are planning on visiting Ricketts Glen State Park. It is minutes away from the two main parking lots and minutes away from Benton for restaurants. The host, Glen, could not have been more accommodating and friendly. You won't be disappointed staying here."

"We had a wonderful weekend in this hilltop sanctuary We enjoyed every moment and the host was on point. "

"Rented this to get the whole extended family together for Thanksgiving. The dual ovens were great when putting dinner together and there was lots of room at the tables for everyone. The beds were comfortable and clean and we enjoyed the hot tub in the snowy weather immensely. The owner even made sure driveway was cleared of snow for us on check-in and was very communicative. "

"The house was even nicer in person than in the pictures. Communication with the owner was great. Nice quiet area but not far from any major stores. Great tech set up on the tvs. I fully recommend."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this house!! So big and so many fun activities!! "

"The property is exactly as advertised with beautiful views of Big Boulder Lake, very spacious, and in a very secure gated community. Parking was plentiful and access to the condo unit was very easy up a short flight of stairs. The condo unit is very well maintained, very well furnished, and very clean. Communication with the host was excellent; he was also very accommodating to our schedule. We had a great stay and would stay at this property again! "
