"The room was clean, spacious, and surprisingly well-appointed. In comparison to other motels we've stayed in, it was top shelf. The only issue we had was that it took a very long time for the water to get hot. It needed to be run for at least 5 or 10 minutes before it got warmed up. Must've been a looong run of pipe! But the temperature was great after that, and so was the water pressure, making for a long and enjoyable shower. I recommend this place! "

"Be careful not to miss it on the road - that said, once you turn in from 390, the place is unassuming but highly hospitable. The room we stayed in met all our needs - including a kitchen nook equipped with cooking needs and plates and silverware. "I have to say this was the most disgusting property I have stayed at in some time. Since there were no other rooms available to stay for over an hour away from Peach Fest, we were compelled to stay in this filthy, squalid, unkempt, falling apart property. Cigarette burns in the bedclothes. Molding separating from walls, broken safe, broken falling to pieces furniture, and no maid service after four nights made this property one of the worst I have ever stayed at. A true zero-star hotel."
