Food good however long wait for breakfast service and didnt seem equipped to manage the tables they have due to only 2 staff working and multi tasking at reception. Coffee undrinkable though! Some staff better than others, for example, our cleaning lady (who gave us a great laugh with her towel art!) and Tom at reception who rectified a problem with the heating for us very quickly. Hotel is in an excellent location for both Carrow Road and evenings out in Norwich city centre. Would not have any problems booking further stays here in the future and would throughly recommend The Revado."
