"House is even more beautiful in person. We stayed the week of 4th of July and were pleasantly surprised with how close we were to the Firework show. Only area that could have been better was communication. There were a few times we had questions and either had a delayed response or none. Only area of improvement would be more Papertowels. We were there for about a week and ran out quickly. I would still definitely stay there again!"

"Property was great. Our hot tub never did work. Our property manager did try to fix it but was never successful. The location was just where we needed it and the two king beds were just what we needed. Showers did drain slowly, and a few board games would have been great as well as the fireplace wasn’t the easiest to get working. But it met our needs for our stay. I appreciated how helpful the property manager tries to be, but the hot tub never working was disappointing."

"The property manager was excellent and had great communication. Notified us that early check in was available. Outdoor area was perfection. We paid to heat the pool and it was heated as requested. Lots of games were provided, which was a nice extra. Great location to Old Town Scottsdale. Would highly recommend. "

"Trip to Phoenix for our granddaughter’s gymnastics competition. We were looking for something central to the convention center, zoo, botanical gardens and the airport. This fiesta place was perfect. The yard is big and beautiful. We played pingpong and corn hole!The grandkids swam everyday. We paid to heat the pool. Thank you"

"The house was great for our group. Good layout for hosting that many people and good kitchen as well - always important! Would definitely recommend. Hosts also communicated well. We had an issue with the hot tub / pool heating, it was able to be fixed and the host shared regular updates. Would definitely rent property from this host in the future. "
