"We had a family reunion due to us gathering for a wedding of a nephew. The property was a perfect gathering spot in between events. The only real problem we had was a shower in the master suite did not have any hot water. The faucet needed a new part that could not be replaced while we were in the house. That was very inconvenient as we had people in every bedroom. The group also all commented that the chairs at the dining room table squealed very loudly on tile floor every time you moved them....

"The location is perfect for Scottsdale and Old Town Scottsdale! Very clean, new, and retro vibe. It's street parking (the neighbor mainly used the driveway) but we didn't have any issues. I would absolutely stay here again! The ONLY issue we had was one of the close neighbors banging on their door at 5:15am one morning for over 20min!!"
