"The grounds and public areas outside are great, however the rooms are very dark and dated (brown everything), hallways are dark and in need of a renovation, and the pool loungers need new cushions. It's time for a lift for the whole place, with the exception of a few areas. Kitchen pots and pans etc were of very low quality. Staff was accommodating and friendly. "

"This was hands down the best resort we have ever stayed at! We spent spring break there with our children and we will definitely be coming back! The staff was amazing, even letting us check in early. They were so friendly from the moment we arrived and so helpful during our stay. The resort was beautiful and the orange blossoms smelled amazing! The pool area was very nice and our family enjoyed it very much! I can’t say enough good things about this place! "

"Pleasantly surprised that the facility is everything Expedia said it would be! Although there is a lot of traffic noise for being after 9 pm. Other than the traffic noise on the east side of the building it’s nice. Staff at front desk was excellent and informative."

"Bed was very comfortable. Pool area very nice. Our toilet was leaking but was fixed promptly. Maid service was very helpful and good. However, Our room was very noisy. We were on first floor on the end, we could hear everyone as they walked by. We were also right by stairs and that too was noisy."
