"Great location within 5-10 minutes easy walk of Old Town and Arts District. The HGI property was nice, but rooms would benefit from updates. Mattresses were firmer than we typically prefer. "

"Excellent, clean hotel with many amenities! Would suggest skipping the 90 minute timeshare presentation which they ask you to sign up for upon checkin (in return for food/beverage credit or free nights of stays)…unless you have 120 minutes to spare as this seemed to be the average commitment by participants. "

"Stayed in the same unit a year ago and it was fantastic! Unfortunately, while still pretty nice, the unit seems to have been a bit abused. Lots of carpet stains and kitchen cabinet door was hanging off the hinges."
