Walking to room a couple room doors appeared to have been damaged dur to possible attempts to get in. Our room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. It was great. At checkout, we got hit with a resort fee that was unexpected from charges on hotels.com. If not for that hidden...

"It’s a lovely property but a bit understaffed. Some items missing in our unit…clothes hangers for one. They need to replace the floor carpeting too. We were in two different units and the carpeting was gross."

"Clean enough. Rooms are dated. Carpet needs to go away. Overall very pleasant stay, thank you. They like all need to start refunding your security deposit immediately instead of 3 to 10 business days later. The technology is available, I’m tired of hearing it’s our bank when it’s not. I get reverse charges all the time by end of day from other companies. "

"Check in was good, hotel room was very basic, and needed some updates, doors scratched up needing repainted, stains on the bedskirt, curtains and lounge chair..stayed 3 nights, did not have housekeeping come in the room but when we went to ask for extra towels were told that they have a towel shortage...swimming area was nice but trees surrounding area were loosing leaves into the pools and hot tub....no continental breakfast, had small items to individually purchase. "
