"Check in was good, hotel room was very basic, and needed some updates, doors scratched up needing repainted, stains on the bedskirt, curtains and lounge chair..stayed 3 nights, did not have housekeeping come in the room but when we went to ask for extra towels were told that they have a towel shortage...swimming area was nice but trees surrounding area were loosing leaves into the pools and hot tub....no continental breakfast, had small items to individually purchase. "

"Quiet multi-night stay in Scottsdale, with our pets. Only complaint was odor in the room…maybe a past pet accident ? Bought a small air freshener and all was fine. Kitchenette worked well for our needs. Everything else was satisfactory for our needs for this trip! "
