"We actually live in the Greater Phoenix area and I found this hotel for a "staycation." Upon entering the property we found the staff inviting and helpful and the amenities and room beautiful and clean!! There are 2 huge pools and we were excited about swimming with the grandkids for 4-5 days! Plus, it is almost right across the street from Scottsdale Fashion Square which is a great midday diversion for everyone. Also, the complimentary breakfast and evening reception were exceptional! Unfortunately, 2 of my grandkids woke up sick in the middle of our first night and we ended up having to cancel the rest of the trip and head home. The staff and manager were extremely accommodating and happily refunded us our pre-paid room. I can't say enough good things about this hotel!! This is definitely our new fun weekend getaway spot and we will be booking more stays in the future:))"

"I normally stay in Kierland but this was a great and surprising alternative. I loved my room overlooking the lap pool. It was quiet but the room and the open doors were a nice treat. I loved the bathroom and bathtub set up. Staff was all very pleasant and always had a smile on their face."

"The gentleman at front desk was very polite when I walked in and very helpful with information I needed to get to the Mayo Clinic in morning! The room was very clean and the breakfast had great choices and all the food was fully available!! The girl working it, was nice and on top of it all, and it was a packed dining area! Great overall experience!"
