The kitchen was clean and very well stocked. We really recommend this condo and are glad we chose it. Our only complaint is the lock-box for the key. We had a lot of difficulty getting it to open and it was hard on our fingers as seniors. "

"We found the condo very comfortable and spacious. There was also lots of food and appliances in the cabinets and refrigerator. The location was extremely good for visiting Old Town, just a few steps away from the heart of Old Town. Instructions from the owner were thorough and easy to follow. "The apartment was great located close to old town, easy to find. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. I would recommend it for nice stay in Florence. "

"Unable to enter the property, due to "worn out"key. Had to call VRBO many times, got shuffled back and forth. We were in town in plenty of time but because of inability in get in or out of rental missed a get together and dinner. Finally someone arrived to give us a working key at 8PM, check-in was 4PM. The gentleman that "fixed" the key issue lived in Florence! VRBO totally dropped the ballon this one!"
