"Overall stay was satisfactory. We were advised in advance the hot tub was not working and the property management team was very responsive with communications, and gave a small refund. Boy were we glad to have that comfy couch during a week of cold and rain. "Great house but multi-level if you have issues with lots of stairs. Be careful with the door knob from the lower level to the small patio/balcony because the knob is a little deceptive and it is easy to lock yourself out of the house. Host might want to consider a combination door lock on one of the doors to address that issue. "
