"Laurel House is a short walk from Old Town and very quiet. It is comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The host was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"The cottage was perfect. Clean, fresh linens, etc. The view of the river, fishing, kayaking or cooking out was so relaxing. Close to Eugene and next door to Florence on the coast where there are sights and good restaurants galore. Chad and Judi were wonderful hosts. Friendly, knowledgeable, assessable, helpful, but not in your face. Highly recommend."

The view is spectacular and the outdoor spaces are beautiful. There is some traffic noise from the highway but you can’t hear it at all when you are inside. "This fully functioning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home had everything we needed for our stay. Although there is no AC, we didn’t need it. It gets cool at night and all rooms have ceiling fans. If anything you may need to turn a bit of heat on. Lakeside is the closest town about 5 minutes away, and North Bend/Coos Bay about 15-20 minutes away. "

"First, I wanna say that William is one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. The place is exactly as advertised with no deficiencies. Everything worked. Nothing messed up. Every time I contacted William, his response was almost immediate and there were no problems. It is perfectly situated for you to do anything you want you on the coast or in the mountains. William is a wonderful host and makes your stay very comfortable"

"Thank you for the nice stay! We lucked out and the sun came out for a while. The family loved the ping pong and fishing. There was plenty of room for all of us and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and utensils. There is some really beautiful antique furniture too. "

We did a fair amount of cooking and found what we needed in the kitchen but also walked into town for a few meals. The hot tub area is private and perfect for two people. "

"A great little place to stay very conveniently located. The owners go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. If f you’re coming to the dunes or have a boat there’s a long gated driveway for your boat or ATV. We have two small dogs the backyard was perfect to let them out. They have the best little coffee bar set up for you. You won’t be disappointed."
