"This is an absolutely lovely cottage with everything you could possibly need to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The beds are very comfortable and the house is so cosy. Having a working fireplace made ready for use was lovely. While the kitchen and bathroom were small, they met all our needs. There was a miscommunication at the beginning with the code to get our key because the automated message didn't have all of the details, but thank goodness it was during business hours so somebody came down and helped us. "Lodges are lovely and very comfortable. The swimming pool and changing rooms need attention. We stayed in February 2025 and 1 of the 2 showers in the women’s changing room was out of order. We have just stayed there again and it’s still out of order. The working shower is clearly getting overused so the drain blocks quickly and you end up standing in a big puddle of water as it won’t drain. Not the cleanest shower, grout etc either "
