We had a minor issue with our room which was fixed immediately, and the staff were clearly very anxious to sort this without delay - very impressive. Breakfast buffet was good. Overall well worth staying here if you need a bed in the area "

"Lovely hotel, friendly staff great entertainment. Opted for a premier room which didn’t let me down. Dined in restaurant, excellent choice of food, complimentary glass of wine, gift on table as it was a mock Christmas Day. Over all excellent stay."

"The property was lovely, a little dated, the staff were lovely,beds very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, evening meal first night was really nice, the 2nd night wasn't as good, was told it was a different chef Sunday. The spa was very nice, used the sauna and steam room, the Jacuzzi and the pool. In fact the spa was really Christmasy but the hotel was rather poor with the Christmas decorations, overall I would definitely stay again."
