"My flight arrived 4 hours earlier than planned, so I got to the hotel before the check-in time. One staff member noticed I was struggling and kindly offered to help. She checked if a room was available and let me check in an hour early. The service was excellent, the neighborhood was safe, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!"

"Check in and out were both fast and easy thanks to the app. My only gripe is if you happen to be staying on the 4th floor like I did, be warned that there is a rooftop bar on the 5th floor so you’ll hear chairs pulling in and out until they close at midnight, followed by what I’m assuming is a garbage or mop bucket rolling around for a few hours after that. The patio from the adjoined restaurant Althea can get a little noisy as well, but it does die down around 10pm. "

"Great location, great communication. Perfect place to stay if you just need a place to sleep close to the train station. Expect it to be… rustic. Bring shower shoes for the shared bathroom. The bed was super comfortable. It’s a tiny space, but has everything you need if you’re not going to be in the room much. Overall, good experience. Just don’t go into it expecting the space to be perfect."

"Having to have cleaning of the room as an extra charge should be noted clearly for any future occupants. The unit is not close to any restaurant or store unless you want to walk 10 minutes to get there and carry anything back. It is not convenient to anything of note. Would not stay there again. It was clean but that's the best I could say for the property. "

"Beacon Hill is a good central location and about 30 minutes walk to the Convention Center. There’s a Whole Foods nearby for groceries. My room was small but fine for one person. Check in and out was easy. My only complaint was that there was no way to adjust the fan speed on the climate control and it was noidy but this was not a dealbreaker. "

"Brilliant apartment that is like new and has a great view of the state house and common. Communication was excellent. The downside is the area. I hadn’t realised just how bad things had become around the park street T on tremor - it’s a sea of drug dealing, mental illness, homelessness, and police activity. "It was located conveniently for shops and the park and the rooms and bedding were very clean. The cleaning staff kept on top of the communal bathrooms but the cleanliness would depend on the guests that used it in between the cleaning. The picture you see in the advert is not the rooms i looked at or stayed in. The rooms are a lots more worn with some dark decor and peeling wallpaper with worn carpeting in areas, not polished wood floors as seen in pictures. That said it is clean, fresh clean...
