"This is a wonderful hotel near the Vienna airport but it is outside of the Vienna city limits. The food is amazing, the beds are very comfortable and the staff are wonderful. It costs about $38E for an Uber ride into the city. There are no trollies or subways near the hotel. "

However, after I pointed out to the concierge early morning that the coffee machine in the room was inoperative, the concierge shrugged his arms and told me in an utterly indifferent manner to purchase coffee in the restaurant - despite the fact that I had paid for an upgraded room at check-in."
