"What a find in Munich! It's a little bit of a walk to city center, but for those of us that love the walkability of Munich itself it is perfect. The staff were above and beyond, top notch and the breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel. Our room was very comfortable. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Munich! "

"We stayed in a family room which was very large (seperate bedroom and a longer/kitchen). The sofabed was the biggest and most comfortable I've ever seen. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The lifts are very small though and can clog up around checkout time. Also, you have to ask for simple things like toilet paper and soap. Only very minor irritations though. Overall, a very enjoyable stay."

"The reception is on the second floor with no elevator. I had to carry my luggage with me up to the reception first and then carry it back to the first floor where my room was. It would be great if it can be better organized and communicated before the check in. Everything else was just amazing."
