"My huband, myself and our 3 teenagers stayed for 5 nights. There were enough beds and sitting/relaxing areas for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner, including spices, pots and dishes. Stores and restaurants are a 3 minute drive. Perfect location to get to places. "

"This place is in the most beautiful location. It is right on the beach and most of the time we had that beach to ourselves. The home, as clearly stated in the description, is older and worn but has a lot of charm and plenty of room for our family of eight adults. Since 11 people are actually allowed to stay there it would be handy to have some fold up chairs for the dining room table but for us it was perfect.! Overall it was the most wonderful place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary...

"We had a great, relaxing vacation here. It is a distance from nightlife and restaurants, but the isolation and beauty is tremendous. The house is decently stocked with cookware, dinnerware and sharp knives! There are a couple of local grocery stores nearby, and major shopping is a half hour drive East.The beach directly in front of the house is steep, so the surf hits it fairly hard. A shallower, gentler beach is 100 meters west. On calmer days, we saw residents swimming across the bay at...

"Such an amazing North Shore home away from home! Could not have been more perfect! Very well appointed house on the water. Epic waves and sunsets! Traffic on the North Shore was the only downside of our visit. I'd highly recommend staying here and hope to return in the future. Plenty of room for a large family or couples. "The home is beautiful and spacious. The beds are soooo comfortable. Loved all the extras like surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs and snorkels and more. The beach is less than 2 miles away. We spent most of our time exploring the island but enjoyed having coffee in the back yard watching the sun come up. We didn’t realize that we couldn’t drive straight to the East side or north shore from the property, instead you have to drive south quite a ways to get around the mountains. Wish we had...

"This unit was perfect for our family of 5! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The property itself is beautiful and full of fruit trees, chickens, and super friendly dogs. It’s easy to access and the hosts were so great at leaving detailed instructions on where to park and how to access the unit. I highly recommend staying here!"

"The only drawback to this property was the distance from Honolulu. It is about 45 minutes to get downtown. This was my own fault for not researching better. The neighborhood was quiet. Got to see honu and whales from the lanai. Property manager was very attentive to our needs. "

"Great location for glamping. amazing off-grid set up. however, tent area is not maintained. mold on bed and throughout tent. "

"We traveled as a group of 15, four families, for ten days in Laie point. The house was so great, room for kids to play, adults played cards, and room for large group meals. Each bedroom had a bathroom with shower for each family to retreat to during the day. The view is unbelievable and the semiprivate beach was so special. No one wanted to leave as it was such a special experience."

We called hotels.com and they were completely useless and we called the hotel front desk but it was closed. Luckily when we got to the location, the security guard let us in and our key was in a lockbox "
