I arrived at 1:30pm or so, and since my room was almost ready I was given the option to wait in the kitchen, which I did. "Hotel is freshly-renovated and comfortable, and a 2-minute walk from the main pedestrian road Serpa Pinto. The people at the front desk were very pleasant."

"This was a wonderful stay and location. Our check-in was easy and the receptionist was very friendly and gave us great dinner recommendations. The view from the hotel looking out at the castle at night was stunning. The hotel is also right off the main street and we walked to the old part of town in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend and we'd stay there again. "
