"I stayed at this hotel being that my flight was cancelled and everyone was so nice. The room was comfortable and so much space. The heated mirrors in the showers were a plus. The bed was comfortable and literally over a good stay. Very thankful for the airport shuttle and literally had the schedule for the shuttle everywhere! "

"We returned to Amsterdam for our return flight home and stayed at this hotel. The beds are horrible! They are so hard. I woke up and was unable to stay in bed because my hips hurt so badly. My friend said the same thing about her bed. When taking a shower I was only able to turn the water on about half way. There is a two inch plumbing pipe directly under the drain essentially covering the drain. This causes the bathroom to flood. The soap dispenser in the shower had been watered down....
