"Owner/manager was fantastic, right on site and easy to communicate with. Use Google maps, not Apple maps to find the property. That was the only glitch. We rented biles and it was easy to get from the property anywhere in town. "

"Our family of 6 (my wife, our 4 kids - ages 10-21 - and I) had a lovely 5-night stay at Albatross Seaside House in late July 2024. The property’s location is fantastic, an easy walk to the port and bus station, restaurants, and of course the Portara. Litsa was a wonderful host, very timely replies, and truly a joy to communicate with. Loved it so much and hope to return soon!"

"The location is just off the main Square, close and convenient to the beach and town. Maria met us at the property and gave great tips on exploring the island. We did have an issue when the power went out (our fault) but Maria and her father were quick to respond and very helpful. We loved staying there!"

"Great views, rustic self accommodation in a surfers/kite surfers town. The property is a little basic but it has everything you really need for a beach vacation. It’s a good steep walk up to the accommodation so beware if you’ve got a big suitcase. There’s not much by way of restaurants or groceries (avoid the small mini marts near by in favour of the larger ones nearer the chora). Our hosts were friendly and offered port pick up."

"We had trouble finding the property, which is not an easy drive up narrow roads. Directions would be helpful. Once there, we were warmly greeted by Konstantina who showed us around. She left a delicious platter of cheese and tomatoes, a bottle of wine and some water - a nice touch. She was always on hand to answer our queries. "A beautiful, modern, well-appointed house with the most incredible outdoor space and views over the sea. We didn’t want to leave in the evenings because we wanted to savour every sunset. Gareth was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The one feature that took getting used to was the drive to the house, which requires a very steep descent followed by a very steep ascent, on a narrow road with two way traffic. "Good location if you don’t mind taking the bus into Chora or walking down to the beach. My recommendation is to rent an ATV if you stay here. Incredible view and the employees were very kind. My only complaints would be that the bathroom smelt like sewage from time to time, probably a plumbing issue. And they also hit you with a €3 a day charge at the end of your stay. 4/5"

"The rooms were unique and clean. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was disappointing. but sufficient. Beach was right outside the door with access to the boardwalk which went directly in to town. Parking the rent a car was difficult and not recommended to drive in to town. However, the town is very walkable."
