We have been going to Naxos some 20 times and stayed at different properties. This was by far the BEST hotel we have ever had. Communication prior to arrival went smoothly, staff at reception were professional and friendly. Housekeeping was amazing. People were cleaning the whole time. Room and overall property cleanliness were amazing. The quality, quantity and choice of breakfast items was overwhelming. Breakfast room attendants did an excellent job. Pick-up and drop-off at airport went smoothly (additional charge) and for a token fee you could have clean beach towels every day. Great location close to restaurant, the main square and the port area. A minor concern was the street noise. Also in the morning there is only lukewarm water. If you need a shower, do it at night. Highly recommended. We will return.

The hotel was a great location. Beach was a 5 minute walk and downtown was about a 15 minute walk. Breakfast had so much to choose from and had some authentic Greek dishes. Would have liked it if the breakfast could have started at 7:00 instead of 8:00 as we had some early tours. However they did provide a boxed breakfast on those days which they put in our fridge the night before. The boxed breakfast was not the best with a sandwich, cake and apple, but appreciate the option. Our safe needed a new battery and some lights needed to be replaced in the bathroom. They were very quick to get it resolved.

As soon as I walked into the room it was full of fly’s and mosquitoes! Unfortunately we couldn’t get rid of them. I had bites all over my body! Would not recommend this hotel. The driver we had was very nice.

Had a nice stay at this hotel, however our room faced a road albeit a quiet road, not a nice outlook. It was also opposite a small courtyard so it was very noisy, in fact we had a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms too. Had a good selection of food for breakfast always and everything at this hotel was extremely clean, our room and all communal areas. Near the beach and town where there is a huge selection of very good restaurants to eat out. The staff on reception were absolutely great, very help and polite also the bartender. The pool is tiny and tired looking with only 3 loungers, disappointing. An ok hotel.
