"I had a great stay,I booked the unit a day before my arrival and once booked I received all the check in info immediately, no key was needed all acess is through a keypad system which is nice.The unit was very spacious and cozy,I really liked the kitchen set-up,Carlisle is a wonderful city and fun to explore and the apartment was only a 5 minute walk to the train station."

"Unfortunately we were not offered the two bedroom apartment we had booked, instead we were offered a one bed apartment with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was very hard and not suitable for two people, not even children. We requested a partial refund for this and were assured we were entitled to one but this has not been received. "Stayed for a long weekend; perfect location and great amenities. We were luckily enough to see a red squirrel! The crows were a little annoying but very little you can do about that, they must have been nesting so we had our very own personal early alarm call! Would reccommend the cottage and would definitely go back if visiting the region again. Only thing to mention would be the mould that was starting to develop on the bathroom ceiling."
