"I had a great stay,I booked the unit a day before my arrival and once booked I received all the check in info immediately, no key was needed all acess is through a keypad system which is nice.The unit was very spacious and cozy,I really liked the kitchen set-up,Carlisle is a wonderful city and fun to explore and the apartment was only a 5 minute walk to the train station."

"Unfortunately we were not offered the two bedroom apartment we had booked, instead we were offered a one bed apartment with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was very hard and not suitable for two people, not even children. We requested a partial refund for this and were assured we were entitled to one but this has not been received.
