"My stay was amazing"

"Property is located very close to Haram. Even the mosque inside hotel is part of Haram. It is possible to walk to the haram for all prayers. Hotel is located at a height so could be difficult to walk for elderly people, however, there is a ride available. Staff is polite and courteous. Breakfast menu has a good spread and very quality food. I would like to mention Waseem Akram, who always serves you with a smile. There was an issue at the time of check-in so we had to wait in the lounge for two & half hours in the lobby. Suggest that before giving access to the room, maintenance staff should check all lights and washrooms. Two of our room lights and shower knob were not working. Also the shaving kit needs improvement. I got a cut daily due to the sub standard razor. Lastly, some cash should be available at the reception to honor change requests. Above are suggestions only. When you are in Makkah..NO COMPLAINTS..."
