"The room was nice and it was quiet. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were all very pleasant. The only reason why i didnt give 5 stars is it would be nice if they were more upfront about some of the costs like it costs money to use the gym and it costs money to use the pool. Every othe hotel ive been at those items were free to use if you were staying at the hotel. Other than that it was a great stay and now that i know about the extra costs i will be ready for the next time i stay there. 😊"

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was busy with the ringette, hockey and basketball teams staying at the hotel but they were very respectful at breakfast and in the pool area."

"The place was clean. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast had a good assortment of things. The one thing I could point out was the bathroom fixtures. If its old and rusting, just replace it. No amount of cleaning can help old dated fixtures. The room was updated and pretty nice, but the old fixtures just threw it off. Also, FYI. The massive missing tiles right at the front entrance are a major lawsuit waiting to happen. Its not pointed out, and when youre carrying your luggage you can easily miss...

"Our stay was good - it is a great location. I did find the bed to be kind of hard but the pillows were great and everything else good. We didn’t eat on the premises. "

"We had a suite for the night as a family of 6. The room was very spacious compared to other family suites in other hotels. Breakfast area was large and the menus were great. We tried out the pool one night. It was overly crowed so we left after a few minutes. All in all, we'd come back here again!"
