"The staff member that checked us in was nice. The room was nice looking and the beds were comfortable. However, the shower was broken. When you pulled the stopper up to change it from tub to shower, the water continued to pour from the faucet. This meant the water was well above your ankles by the end. Also my husband dropped his socks and lifted the bed skirt to check under there for them. I don’t know if anyone had done that in months. Crumbs, dirt and even a shriveled baby orange was hiding...

"It’s a nice hotel, we are there for hockey so we basically sleep there, shower and out. Very clean, nice staff, but this time the room furnace or fan was really loud. We have stayed here before and never notice that. As well you are stuck watching cable tv only as doesn’t give you an option to change inputs if you bring a firestick or Xbox. We were in the room for so little time that it’s not really a problem but if you have kids specially young ones this might be an issue."
