"We’ve stayed there many times and enjoyed every time this time Everything was good with service and room beside the hotel phone no longer worked and during both nights we had very disruptive neighbours jumping running slamming doors throughout the night and couldn’t call to complain because the phone didn’t work "

"The bed was fantastic and the room was great to sleep in although dated. River view was very nice. Food in restaurant was disappointing but the food in the lounge as well as the service was better. "

"All good but the pool needs access outside water slide stairs and bathroom showers need a full door as floor floods too easily and bathroom door shows absorption of water damage "
