"Honestly we had such a good time at the VISTA Verona and were so impressed by the over the top attention to detail and service at this fine establishment. The property is beautiful and in an excellent location, they made last minute lunch reservations for us, arranged a full day wine tour, we had an excellent couples massage at the Spa . . . it felt like every time we left the room the came in and made everything clean and perfect. Room service was on point. The restaurant is expensive but quite good. Could not have been better! We hope to return. Verona in general far exceeded our expectations and is such a lovely place to visit in Italy (we didn't even do the "Juliet Balcony" which is just around the corner from the hotel)."

"The property is in the centre of Vicenza. Most, if not all areas of interest are within walking distance of the hotel. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Hotel rooms are adequate, in my case, for two people, clean with coffee or tea making facilities. ( it could do with a couple of extra hooks in the bathroom to hang towels etc.. Breakfast was abundant with a very good selection of savoury and sweet fare. "
