"My medication i had with me from Norway was taken from my room and I forgot my Nike shoes that cost me 200 dollars and on the last day my kids were in the hotel shop and the guy that worked there tried to take my daughters money from her pocket. My daughter came up to the room and were shocked and I told her come with me we can go back she said no I don’t want to buy anything anymore. "The staff were amazing and the room was clean and refreshed each day. There is a restaurant as part of the complex that offers a view of the pyramids and a small pool. Whilst the surrounding area offers little it is still only a ten min walk to the pyramids and the hotel courtyard is beautiful. "

"A very beautiful hotel right in front of the Great Sphinx. Amazing breakfast and the chief was the sweetest and kind. Front desk staff was very nice and let me borrow their phone charger. I had to go to the airport early at 2:30AM and they packed me breakfast. So kind and thoughtful. Highly recommend it if you want to be near the pyramid. The only drawback is the noise. So loud all night from outside until 1:30AM. "

"I was so incredibly happy with my stay at Sama Hotel. It exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were absolutely brilliant (especially Ali!), so kind and helpful. The location is great, the breakfast is delicious, the rooms are clean and the beds are amazingly comfortable. As a solo female traveller especially, I felt so safe here. It was all perfect. I’ll definitely be staying here whenever I’m in Cairo. 10/10!"
