"Visited in January 2025 which is the slow season for the Algarve. Quiet location in Carvoeiro with numerous shops and restaurants. During my stay there was maintenance being performed at the resort as well as various business in town. Property is clean and well maintained."

"This was my 1st solo trip to Albufeira, but a familiar area as I've stayed at Santa Eulalia many times now. I wasn't expecting the apartment to do be so big as I was staying alone, but it was large enough to sleep 4 people. All rooms were spacious. The sofa bed in the living room did look quite worn, so could do with replacing. The kitchen had all the facilities needed including an oven, stove top, microwave and washing machine. I'm not a fan of shower curtains in hotels, but the shower worked...

"Excellent stay at Apartamentos Tucha.Very central about 30 metres from Albufeira escalators this everything was at walking distance. Met Andre on arrival who communicated well prior to arrival and provided a good introduction to the apartment. The stay included free cleaning on 6th day which was done at high standards. The apartment doesn't have a washing machine and dishwasher but that is how it is advertised.There are launderettes within 10 minutes walk."

"Room 511 說是提供2間房，1間是沒有冷氣沒有窗，另1間有冷氣設備壞了，由第一天入到第十天都不整 沒有更垃圾，只有更垃圾的酒店，第1日到步同行友人，因為酒店房內的洗手間門鎖壞了被困在內，去電房東十多次電話聯絡求助，是完全不聽電話且更一直都沒有回覆，直到聯絡酒店方面，才肯勉強下又極不願意地幫忙下找工人開鎖，被困在洗手間超過廿分鐘的親人，這是非常極度冷血又不負責既非常拙劣的行為同服務。 第1日到步是星期六入住即時發現房間的冷氣壞了，房東口頭上說會星期一會有人來到來維修，豈料一去已經是到今日已是第10日都沒有人來維修，昨天第8日才有人來清潔房間，實在令人憤怒與不能接受的，因第一日入住 時說是5日會提供1次清潔房間服務的，可是入住到第8日才有人來清潔房間，且1間房間是完全無冷氣設備的。 十分驚嘆又感荒謬的是，除了第1日入住時提供過2卷超細廁紙及2小樽蚊形沖涼液外，就要等到第8日在再三摧四請下才有人清潔房間及提供2卷廁紙及2樽仔蚊形SIZE的沖涼液給我們3人入住使用就完全再沒有補給了， 入住到今日已經是11日，房東仍然完全沒有來電給我們任何回覆。 此實在完全不合理既充滿反感及討厭。"

"Spacious condo in perfect location from beach, restaurants and nightlife. Literally a few minutes to all that you could want. Private parking is a plus. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very spacious with two bedrooms and 2 baths. Also has a little patio where we enjoyed our coffee. Washing machine came in handy as well."

"Beautiful little home right on the sea. So many advertise sea view, this home is truly on the sea with beautiful views from the windows as well as rooftop terrace. Our host was extremely helpful and accommodating. The entire stay was wonderful, from the home to location, and host, it was everything we could ask for and more! Thank you! "Great location close to everything. I only stayed one night but enjoyed the stay. The apartment was quiet, spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was a bit basic with no other amenities than a kettle and some cups. The restaurant was great with lovely food and very nice staff. "Staff friendly and rooms very clean. Have stayed in Praia da Rocha several times before but never at Flor da Rocha. Only disadvantages, staying in late March the balcony always seemed to be in the shade. At no point, even on the sunny warmer days was it ever a sun trap. Think this is due to the other buildings close by and the shape of the building itself. Other disadvantage, which isn't the apartments fault are some of the other guests. Sound proofing between apartments isn't great...

"From our experience, NH holds every nickel a prisoner when it comes to the upgrading and maintenance of its rooms. Spacious but Spartan. The entrance door was jammed so that it took a full FBI style crosscheck to get it open every time. The sliding glass door didn't actually lock, fortunately as we forgot the keys inside once. While other accommodations offered free port and various other welcome gifts, we were met with fee-based everything in the room. Having to 'consider' a twenty Euro penalty...
