"I didn’t realize that the property was far from the strip. Expedia said 18 min walk but the walk is down many streets. There are no restaurants nearby, we had to hop in the car to get anywhere. It was a close drive to carvoeiro downtown and a good location to do hiking but everything must be accessed with a car. "Excellent stay at Apartamentos Tucha.Very central about 30 metres from Albufeira escalators this everything was at walking distance. Met Andre on arrival who communicated well prior to arrival and provided a good introduction to the apartment. The stay included free cleaning on 6th day which was done at high standards. The apartment doesn't have a washing machine and dishwasher but that is how it is advertised.There are launderettes within 10 minutes walk."

"Beautiful little home right on the sea. So many advertise sea view, this home is truly on the sea with beautiful views from the windows as well as rooftop terrace. It's so close to the beach, a short walk down the steps, has a great Italian restaurant below it, and more restaurants, cafe's and the bar 'strip' further up.
