From the moment we arrived, we were greeted “Welcome Home” with warm smiles and exceptional service that set the tone for our entire vacation. The staff were attentive and Helpful. A special shoutout to our butler “Carlos Alfonso” who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Whether it was arranging special dinners, surprising us with thoughtful touches in our room, or simply being available for any request, their dedication to making our stay memorable was truly remarkable. Equally impressive was the luggage and car attendants, specifically “Maximo” They handled our belongings with the utmost care and efficiency, making our arrival and departure seamless and stress-free. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with anything we needed made us feel incredibly welcome. The resort itself is a paradise. The pristine beach, luxurious accommodations, and top-notch amenities provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. Every detail, from the beautifully landscaped grounds to the exquisite dining options, was meticulously maintained and exceeded our expectations. "The property was well maintained and gorgeous. Every staff person was welcoming and helpful. EVERY one of them. The restaurant options were plentiful. My son and I especially enjoyed the steak house and hibachi. I read reviews about the water and rocks ahead of time so we brought beach shoes. Definitely made swimming fun. Some of the food at the buffets were not hot enough but lots of choices so no big deal."

"I stayed at Adult only side. Property was well maintained,clean in every area. Staffs were very polite,warm & accommodating in every section. Food was excellent at the buffet as well as a la carte restaurants, specially at Beloved restaurant, superb dishes & service. Beach was kept clean daily by ground staffs & multiple staffs from cafes on the beach delivered drinks,water to guests with amazing manner. I've been going to this area for over a decade in different hotels but Catalonia Royal is by far better than any others, even better than much higher cost place like Hilton La romana. Looking forward to going back soon. "
