"Well managed place, very beautifully decorated minimalist yet complete. We give the highest marks to the excellent property management, the location and beach are really beautiful there’s construction going on but since we expend our days at the beach we almost didn’t feel it. The beach club restaurant is a nice addition, food is good, people are beyond. Overall experience is great!!"

"Warren's place was fantastic! Spacious and clean and super comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay and enjoyed both the apartment and the incredible series of pools that are part of the Estrella Dominicus complex. The one small drawback is that the public beach at Dominicus is a 15 minute walk from the apartment, which we hadn't totally understood when we booked. That was a little hard to navigate with our small children, but that distance is probably fine for adults/teens or those...

"The overall facility was great. Clean, friendly, great swimming pool and around the clock front desk staff managing who enters.The individual rental unit was nice. The outdoor patio was terrific, and the sleeping/living quarters were fine, but could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival.Communication with the owner was lacking at best. Bottom line, it turns out the owner lives in New York and has a co-manager who lives near the rental property. There was much confusion about this relationship...

"This condo was everything that it promised. Both the manager and owner were very responsive to questions or issues. I'll definitely be making a return trip. Can't thank the manager and owner enough for a pleasant and hassle free stay."

"This resort was great. The staff was super friendly and outgoing. They did speak little English but they try to communicate. Use the translate app it was a help. The AC broke night one and the Internet broke night 2 but overall it was great. "

"They treated me like a princess in this Solo trip. I loved it and will come back for sure. I do recommend paying for the sun club so you can be away from kids if desired. Thank you ❤️ Maria, Julio, Santo, Maria- and everyone else who were around for anything I needed. Pizza parlor opens until 1am so you can avoid the crowd and have a quiet dinner with the workers who are always friendly. Loved this place. "

Catalonia Royal La Romana - All Inclusive - Adults Only

"I stayed at Adult only side. Property was well maintained,clean in every area. Staffs were very polite,warm & accommodating in every section. Food was excellent at the buffet as well as a la carte restaurants, specially at Beloved restaurant, superb dishes & service. Beach was kept clean daily by ground staffs & multiple staffs from cafes on the beach delivered drinks,water to guests with amazing manner. I've been going to this area for over a decade in different hotels but Catalonia Royal is by far better than any others, even better than much higher cost place like Hilton La romana. Looking forward to going back soon. "

" Incredible stay I felt very welcomed and happy here. I’m so glad I booked this place instead an all inclusive. It’s right by the beach and has everything you need at a better price. it’s clean, safe, and conveniently located. I couldn’t have asked for better. I hope to go back soon. Highlight of my trip."
