"We had an amazing time here! The hotel and rooms are very cozy and the staff are all amazing! The location is on the waterfront and we could walk (comfortably) to everything we wanted to see and do. Do be aware though if you or anyone in your party has mobility issues that Porto is very hilly and that most things will be an upwards walk from the hotel. The breakfast area was really nice and attentive staff look after you. I would definitely stay here when we come back too Porto."

"The riverfront locations is perfect and the room was perfect. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and easy to get across the river for attractions. The staff was helpful and the room was very clean."

"It is located slightly outside city centre and you will have to walk uphill as it’s right on the river. But a small price to pay for the amazing hotel. And on a positive note it’s right by the bridge to Gaia. Rooms were amazing and clean, staff was so so friendly and front desk was exceptionally accommodating. I would recommend to anyone I know visiting Porto "

"Loved the location of the hotel. Room was lovely and comfortable although a little dark. Staff were friendly and helpful as well as being knowledgeable about the products they served. Food in the restaurant was delicious and the drinks menu varied. The only thing the hotel could improve on was staff numbers. On an evening, only one serving at the bar so often we'd be waiting a while to get served while the took their break or do a room service order."

"Really good stay, room was clean and quiet, couple of gifts and extra services (free snacks from 2pm to 9pm) made it even better. Location is also very good, everything is accessible walking, we just walked for the full stay"
