"Lovely helpful team of people, super breakfast, great rainfall shower and comfortable bed! The in room safe was tiny though, not much bigger than the passports and we couldn't lock /unlock it. It was about 11 minutes walking uphill on cobbles to get into the centre of the city but your fitness improves quickly! I do recommend this hotel"
