" An amazing villa with a stunning ocean view! We had a wonderful stay – the location is perfect, the house is spotless, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The heated pool was a big hit with the kids. Upon arrival, we had a guided tour of the house and were welcomed with local products. The highlight? Fresh bread delivered to our door every morning for free! Highly recommended!"

"This home was absolutely incredible, the pictures don't really do it justice. The rooftop deck gives great views of the sunset and the pool was a great way to unwind after a day of activities. There were multiple spaces to hang out during the day and evenings and we took full advantage of the kitchen. Overall we would absolutely recommend this home!"

"Nicely appointed home just outside of Ponta Delgada. Clean, and spacious with beautiful gardens. We were 2 couples on our first visit to Sao Miguel and the proximity to the airport and city gave us the perfect "home base" while traveling the beautiful island of Sao Miguel. Would highly recommend for both couples traveling and families."

In addition, the back yard space was wonderful and private. The only negative was that it was difficult to get air to flow, insect-free, through the house. "Beautiful place and location on a one way street, a busy street, parking could be a problem. But we could always find a spot somewhere. The house had everything you would need. We found the top three steps of the stairs difficult for the 2 small children. Small grocery store right across the road, bakery up the road. Short walk to the ocean, fishing harbour, restaurants and shops We experienced 3 festival or celebrations in our week there. We would stay there again"

"This beautiful updated country home has kept its charm in the quaint village. Traditional Portuguese dishes are provided. The linens and towels are of good quality and the beds are comfortable. When we were there, the second shower did not work nor the stove top. There is no bathroom on the second floor. That aside, we enjoyed our stay very much. It was centrally located for our day trips."
