"I was very disappointed with this apartment. It was very grotty and not very clean. The under sheet on the bed was dirty and clearly very warned out and there was no top sheet. I complained but was told the cleaner had done her job properly, I ended up buying my own sheets. "The unit was safe, quiet, and had a lot of things to do in the area. The 24 hour doorman/security staff was also very nice. Unfortunately, the unit was infested with cockroaches (many of all sizes every day throughout the entire stay, not just one here and there). "This is my second time staying here. It is clean, pleasant, and reasonably priced. Most appreciate that it is in the touristy area of Santa Teresa and near LAPA. That is nice too. There's also a great view of the center from most rooms. My only minus, which isn't tied to the place, is that if you're out late, it can be difficult to get an uber up into the steep hills of Santa Teresa. Most taxis will though."
