"It's been a while since we last visited Mission Hills and it was such a nice surprise to find that there are just so many more things to do here now. The place is still beautiful and relaxing and the services remained professional and engaging as before. With a quick ride on the free shuttle bus we got to this new shopping complex, MH Mall. Man, it had everything there. So many dining options, including our favourite, Haidilao hotpot. We walked around the mall and found some interesting places...

"Had a great time at this property four seasons service, we went in the winter so the outdoor pool was closed and sauna was also closed for maintance, beds were very comfy and amazing bathroom lots of space great suite. great location we walked everywhere, tons of malls near by and coco park mall with restaurants near by. NYE 2024/25 Staycation

"We spent New Year's Eve and two additional days at the Park Hyatt Shenzhen, and it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. From the seamless check-in process to the incredible amenities like the free sauna, hot and cold pools, steam room, and beautifully maintained pool area, everything exceeded our expectations. The morning buffet was a highlight—delicious, diverse, and perfectly curated. A big thank you to the reception team led by Chris for their warm hospitality and to Edison and the breakfast team for their impeccable service. This was truly a memorable stay, and we can't wait to return!"

"Fantastic::: the first Day I checked in I meet Daphne Du ( 杜雅玲 ) with warm welcome. Housekeeper Mary Zhang (4380) was Fantastic too. She brought me a Cloth rack for my washed clothing without asking. I Love this services. Highly recommended to this Hotel "
