"The booking was confirmed on a 2nd floor, i got a 3rd floor, all switches dirty actually black, bed horrible mattress, there was a alarm ringing at 04 am on first night, and toilet cleaning very bad specially in the shower. Mean time I have lung emphysema and I complain about the floor as confirmation was to a 2nd floor they said that wasn’t for us chose the floor even if of the booking wouldn’t show that you were going to stay on a 3rd. So yes mainly was very bad "

"We had a great stay at Jam Hotel. Staff were all so lovely and helpful. The hotel has a secure luggage room also which we could keep our bags in until check-in/ they did offer for us to keep them after check-out too. The hotel has great public areas, I would definitely make use of the rooftop bar! We loved the decoration of the whole hotel and found everywhere to be really clean. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here on their trip to Lisbon. "
