"One of the best hotels I've stayed in Mexico. I almost gave it 4 stars because the AC wasn't working in my room but they fixed it in less than 10 minutes by sending maintenance immediately at almost midnight. "

"Some parts of the hotel appeared to be closed but (bar on the first floor). Also the exercise room was a bit small and one of the machines was broken but over all our room was excellent and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. We will come back again."
