It is not going to be quiet until quite late at night, but then if you stay here why are you not out partying and being part of the noise? There was no available parking on street hardly ever, would have been nice to not have an extra fee for parking at a hotel. It seemed people lived at this location permanently also? "This was perfect for what our family needed. We were only there for breakfast and dinner. No AC which wasn't too terrible with fans. Also water pressure in shower isn't the greatest but we still were able to shower. For the price it's great."
