"I really enjoyed my time here. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were great, and I was easily able to relax. Great set up with the TV and bar. The electric stove, air fryer, fridge, and microwave have you all the amenities of home. I have stayed in other VRBO's where these aspects are missing. "Amanda is a terrific host. She had everything we needed for our stay. Very quiet neighborhood & many things nearby. Plenty of parking & you can park in the alley which you can access the property through the back gate.."

Everything was as advertised and our hosts were not only friendly, but very gracious and accommodating. Should we visit the area again, we will definitely look to book another stay."

"As stated in other reviews, the apartment is well maintained and sparkling clean. It is obvious the owner, who lives upstairs, is well invested in their guest’s experience. Although this is a basement apartment, there is plenty of natural light. "We had a WONDERFUL time at the Casaita, the bed was very comfortable, the hot tub was easy to operate, and the view from the 2nd floor balcony was phenomenal! We'll definitely be back!"

"This ADU unit is very cute and clean. The location was excellent for our trip. I had not paid close enough attention to listing and was surprised to find only a Queen Size bed. There is plenty of room for a king and it was odd for a full one bedroom unit not to have it. My husband was having some back issues and couldn't deal with the queen, so he slept on the couch for a whole week. I would not have booked it if I had paid attention to that part!
