The roosters at neighboring property could be rather noisy at times while enjoying afternoons on the patio, but we were still able to relax. I think we got use to them quickly."

The home is conveniently and centrally located and boasts well-curated and tasteful decor, complete with some enviable antiques! There's nothing precious about it though--it's inviting, comfortable and inspiring with plenty of room to spread out. Highly recommended!"

"Perfect location with a beautiful view of the ocean. The house was clean and well stocked for our short stay. We really enjoyed the outside space both front and backyards. The beds were comfortable and we even enjoyed the pillows, which is always a tough thing to find. Over all I’d give this a 5/5 stars and highly recommend!"

"The home was absolutely perfect. The amenities were great and decorated beautifully. "

"The Santa Cruz suite was nice. The bathroom was clean, pretty quiet. We had two cars but parking on the street wasn't an issue for the second car. Although not the property managements fault some lady said I stole her spot in the back I informed her there are no assigned spots. The location was great just a quick 10 minute walk to the beach. And about a 45 minute walk to the downtown area. I'd probably stay here again."

"Beautiful, spacious, nicely furnished and decorated home in a great location within walking distance of downtown. Private, garage parking (with a dumb waiter to help with moving luggage upstairs) - outdoor areas to enjoy the weather - washer/dryer - fully equipped kitchen. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations for our short stay in Santa Barbara. "

"Place was clean and pictures represented the home accurately. Plenty of space for our group of 8. Property managers were responsive and check in and out was easy. Night time noise from the street was rather loud and the bedrooms did not have sound machines or tvs to drown it out. TVs in bedrooms would be a nice addition for visitors who would like to decompress in their rooms. Even with this, we would recommend and would stay here again!"

"This place is very beautiful. Close to the downtown, but in a quiet place. Nice and friendly staff, tasty breakfast. Rooms are comfortable with heater and AC. Clean bathroom. We loved this place, our little one had a fun time he was running the stairs . They are pet friendly as well, so there was no problem during check in. We recommend that hotel)"
