Clean, and exactly as pictured with comfortable rooms and lots of items in kitchen and towels in the bathroom. Also great as it has free parking, both with a small driveway and plenty of street parking in front of the house. Would stay here again! "

"This is the best short term rental that we have stayed in yet! Very relaxing Santa Ynez ranch location, quiet and peaceful! The hosts were wonderful to work with and attentive to our stay. Enjoyed watching the local farmers tend the vineyards right outside the doors of "The Cottage", watching the ducks swim around the pond, and friendly greetings from the owners dogs. "Good family getaway spot, the backyard is definitely the highlight and has the most room for everyone to be together. The host was wonderful and super helpful, I really appreciated the early check in. My only criticism is that the photos online look like the cottage is farther away from the main house, but they are right next to each other, so there isn't a lot of privacy and the cottage is very small."

"I actually did not stay here because the Host cancelled our reservation the day before we were supposed to check in. More specifically, she tried to push me to cancel the reservations so I'd have to eat the charges: this seems like fraud to me. She gave conflicting reasons for the cancellation, I assume at least one reason was a lie. This Host is not trustworthy. Also I am disappointed in VRBO for failing to properly vet the properties on its platform. I'm done with short-term rentals! Too hard...
