"Even though the hotels.com website says check-in at noon, the hotel told me check-in was at 3pm. They did get the room ready earlier though. Note that the complimentary airport shuttle doesn't work on weekends!"

"The grounds were gorgeous with blooming flowers and fountains. The setting was spectacular with the mountains surrounding the hotel. It’s a bit isolated from the bigger towns in the Sacred Valley with limited shopping and services. The breakfast bar was delicious with lots of choices. Lots of food options throughout the day and evening. "

"Staff was so nice and accommodating. Super clean. The property was super beautiful and live music every night. Buffet breakfast was very good as well Surrounding area was a bit noisy due to traffic but not bad enough to hear inside hotel. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. "
