"My daughter and I absolutely loved staying here. Very short walk down the lane to the beach. People were so friendly and it felt safe. This location was close to my Ventura family. Little scary for us when the fires started in Ventura but there was a quick response to put them out.Beds were comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. LOVED the candy jar-we love Smartees.We could have walked to a few stores but didn’t need to. I do recommend this property. "

"We weee visiting some family in the area and found this wonderful property. It’s a guest house with its own private entry, public space, etc. Roland had everything ready for our arrival and the property was beautiful! We had 3 kids (ages 7-12) and 2 adults and there was plenty of room to spread out and relax. The property had a few nice amenities we made use of— a coffee maker with pods, washer/dryer with pods. "We have stayed in several rentals, and this one was better furnished than any. It was very comfortable and clean. The host checked in to make sure everything was right, and it was. Beds were great, plenty of linens, and the kitchen was more than fully stocked. The only complaint I had was the bbq. It was a Coleman portable and needs to be replaced, although I made it work. I still give this place 5 stars and would give it 6 if possible."

"My wife and I really liked this property because of the fenced in yard with hot tub and putting greens. Given we had two kids under 3, they needed to be able to run when we were there. My three year old loved calling the loft his bedroom! Would stay there again."
